Yes, this is an x-ray of a fork stuck in someone’s urethra. The unlucky man got himself to the emergency room twelve hours after inserting the fork, in the worst attempt at sounding we’ve ever heard of. We’re all for stimulating the nerves inside your urethra with instruments designed for safety as well as sensation, but we strongly advise against using cutlery.
